For patient safety, this set of 38 drug box medication reference cards provides a quick reference to the essential profile information of each medication. The cards reduce the cognitive load for the individual Emergency Medical Service (EMS) provider in the field and serve as a memory jogger. These cards are a great tool for quality assurance, increase patient safety, and are a valuable provider performance support tool. The cards can be customized to System-Specific Medication requirements.
The cards are laminated on a 100# card stock. The card measurements are 2.75 x 3.5 inches. They were developed in collaboration with a long term EMS medical provider and reflect standard of care changes.
These Drug Box Medication Reference Cards have been developed based on the local and regional Emergency Medical Services (EMS) protocols in the Northwest Region and EMS Washington State. Kitsap Publishing has solely formatted and manufactured these cards and is responsible for selling and shipping them online.
